Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

Before returning any product, email [email protected] and wait for return approval and instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered
  • Remain in its original condition
  • Include the original tags and packaging
  • Be free from perfume, cosmetics, deodorant, stains, hair or other signs of use
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

  • Underwear, intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised, customised or altered products
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage or misuse
  • Products returned without prior authorisation

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing:

  • The complete product
  • The damaged or defective area
  • The product label or size label
  • The external shipping packaging
  • The shipping label, where applicable

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund or another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection or customer ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate return or refund solution.

Return address notice:
Do not return products to the company address or to the address shown on the original parcel unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so. Approved return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by email.

Refund Processing

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. If the return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was cancelled before dispatch or the refund results from an error for which we are responsible.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available. Where an exchange cannot be completed, the customer may return an eligible product and place a new order.
